🏠 Seamless integration with Home Assistant

After a one-time configuration via the LinknLink app, the eMotion Pro communicates completely locally with Home Assistant via MQTT. Motion2MQTT (presence) and IR2MQTT (infrared) are built-in, no extra integration or cloud traffic needed for your automations. All entities appear directly in Home Assistant: presence status, distance, light intensity, and IR control. Additionally, the sensor is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

⚡ Practical automation example

Place the eMotion Pro at the front door of your home office. As soon as the sensor detects you entering the room and the light intensity is below 50 lux, Home Assistant switches on the desk light. When you leave the room, the sensor recognizes the outward direction of movement and, after 1 minute, switches everything off, including the monitor and the fan via IR. This way, your home reacts to you, not the other way around.

🔧 Installation

Connect the USB-C cable to a 5V/2A adapter (not included), download the LinknLink app, and follow the wizard. The sensor is extremely flexible to place: on the wall, on a table, on the ceiling, or even hidden in a cabinet. The 24 GHz radar detects through light obstacles, so you don't necessarily have to mount it visibly. Afterwards, add the device to Home Assistant via the MQTT integration.
