🔄 How do I request a return if a product doesn’t meet my expectations?
Running into issues with your product? Don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re happy to help you get the product working perfectly so you can really test it properly.
The item may be used once only,
solely to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If you use it more extensively or more frequently, a reduction in value may be applied. You are responsible for this yourself.
Of course, it can happen that your order isn’t quite what you expected, or you have another reason to return it. No worries: whatever the reason, you always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll receive the full purchase amount refunded within 10 working days, using the same payment method you used. Returning the entire order? Then we’ll also refund the shipping costs.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. Make sure the product, including all accessories, is returned in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we may have to deduct a reduction in value of up to 100%. So treat the product with care and use sturdy packaging when returning it.
⚠️ Attention: Certain items fall outside the 14-day return policy. All exceptions are listed under the heading ''Exceptions: items that cannot be returned.'' The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, not to business purchases.

📌 Important: We unfortunately cannot accept items returned without a prior requested return.
📦 Damage or issues upon delivery
Check your order carefully upon receipt. Is something wrong (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered)? Contact us within 48 hours after receipt. We’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible!
🚫 Exceptions: items that cannot be returned
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return. This applies, among others, to:
- Custom-made products, such as specially ordered LED strips or LED profiles to size.
- Hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery, such as toothbrushes, shavers, earplugs, and earbuds.
- Data carriers (music, films, games, or software) whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Digital products (DLC), such as downloadable films, music, or games via codes.
- Services fully performed within the cooling-off period, such as research costs, repairs, or installations.

🔁 Exchanging an item
Prefer to receive a different item? The fastest way is to first return the unwanted item via your account. Once we’ve accepted your return (within 10 working days), you’ll receive your purchase amount (including any shipping costs) back. In the meantime, you can already place a new order for the item you want.
💳 Receiving your refund
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll automatically refund the amount within 10 working days via the same payment method you used.
Please note that banks or credit card companies sometimes need extra processing time before the amount appears in your account.
