At slimhuisje.nl, we do everything we can to get your order to your home quickly and carefully. Below you’ll find all the important information about our shipping options and delivery times.
🚀 When is my order shipped?
If you order on a weekday before 16:00 and the product is in stock, we ship your order the same day! If an item isn’t immediately available, we’ll personally inform you about the expected delivery time.
📬 How do we ship your order?
- Letter post: Only for small, low-value products.
- Parcel post via PostNL: For all customers within the Netherlands.
- Courier service via DHL or FEDEX: For all international orders outside the Netherlands.
⏱️ Delivery time within the Netherlands
Once your order is on its way, you’ll automatically receive an update with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Although we can’t give guarantees (delivery is handled by external parties), our experience shows:
- PostNL: usually delivered the next working day.
- DHL and DPD: generally within 2 working days.
🌍 Delivery time outside the Netherlands
International shipments can also be easily tracked via the tracking number you receive once your package is on its way. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen courier:
- Belgium (via PostNL): usually within 1-3 working days.
- Other European countries (DHL or FEDEX): generally within 2 to a maximum of 5 working days.

Shipping costs depend on weight, order amount, and destination. You can always see an indication in your shopping cart before checkout.
