Description

Just imagine (or maybe you've already experienced it): a leak, an overflowing bath, a fire... These are all things we don't want to think about, but if they do happen, we'd like to know about them as soon as possible!
This is where Fibaro Flood Sensor comes in, this universal Z-Wave compatible water / moisture / temperature sensor detects the slightest amount of water and temperature fluctuations and reports this to your Z-Wave network or your Alarm system via an NC-Contact. Should anything happen, you are immediately informed to limit the damage!

The sensor is designed to be placed on the floor but can be placed against the wall by means of a floor sensor cable (see video at the bottom of the page for a better image of this). The temperature of the environment and floor can also be measured, if the sensor starts to move (if someone moves it) then the built-in tilt sensor will report this to the Z-Wave network.

There is a built-in LED light and Sound Alarm for warnings or reporting of status changes (e.g. flooding, operating mode, Z-Wave network range). The housing is rustproof, can float and continues to send alarm signals in case of possible flooding.
Fibaro Flood Sensor can be powered by a battery or via VDC power supply (12 / 24 volts).

Fibaro Flood Sensor is universal, Z-Wave compatible, leakage, flooding and temperature sensor.
Thanks to its advanced technology and precision, the sensor warns you of an impending flood, water damage or a rapid increase or decrease in temperature.

Tilt sensor:
The built-in tilt sensor measures movements of more than 15 degrees. The water sensor gives a notification when someone tries to move the sensor.

Temperature sensor:
The temperature sensor can be used to inform the heating system about the current room temperature. Or it can give a warning for rapid temperature change.

Z-wave Alarm siren:
The built-in siren will sound if someone tampers with the unit, or if there is danger such as flooding or high temperatures.

RGB warning light:
The Zwave multisensor has a built-in RGB LED that can inform you about the status of certain events.
