No, Somfy io-homecontrol uses a closed and encrypted protocol on the 868 MHz band. This is not supported by any universal transceiver.

Do I have to enable all protocols simultaneously in the software?

It is recommended to only enable the protocols you actually use (such as Orcon or Itho). If you activate too many protocols, the antenna will pick up ambient noise, which can affect the response speed.
