Zigbee Motion Detector – ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT & Tuya support

The ZP01 is a compact Zigbee 3.0 PIR motion sensor with a wide 128° detection angle and convenient 2x AAA batteries , which are widely available. In ZHA (Home Assistant), the cooldown timeout is confirmed for approximately 30 seconds, so that the status remains active for about 30 s after detection before dropping back, allowing for smoother and more stable automation. The sensor also works with Tuya via a Zigbee hub (Smart Life ecosystem) and with Zigbee2MQTT for open-source integrations; pairing is done via the hidden reset button (approx. 10 s) near the coordinator/router.
