Smart switch with a choice of 2 or 4 buttons
The Aqara Light Switch H2 EU is the smart light switch for every modern home and is available in two versions:
- 2 buttons, 1 channel: This allows you to control a single lighting group. Ideal for rooms where you only want to control a single light point, but still want the flexibility of two buttons for automations or scenes, for example.
- 4 buttons, 2 channels: This version allows you to control two groups of lights independently. Perfect for living rooms or kitchens, for example, where you want to control multiple lamps separately.
Agreements:
- Both models support Matter over Thread and Zigbee, making them easy to integrate with Home Assistant, Homey, Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa and more.
- They fit into standard 55 mm mounting frames and are suitable for installation with or without a neutral wire.
- Both switches offer features such as energy consumption metering (with neutral wire), overheating and overload protection, MARS Technology (which ensures smart lights always stay online) and Wireless Switch Mode for flexible automations.
- You can configure the buttons to switch lights, activate scenes or automations, and even use them as a wireless switch.
Differences:
- The 2-button variant (1 channel) switches one lighting group directly.
- The 4-button variant (2 channels) switches two lighting groups independently of each other.
The version you choose depends on the number of light groups you want to control. Both models offer the same smart features and broad compatibility.
