Problem: No picture but white light (the LED indicates the PS5 has booted successfully). This could be due to your HDMI port. Damage to the HDMI port is usually visible from the outside.

Problem: Dust accumulates in the console and can cause long-term damage due to overheating. When replacing the HDMI port, we can also professionally clean your PS5 for an additional €25, extending the lifespan of your PlayStation 5.
If you have no picture but white light, and the HDMI port otherwise looks fine, then there's a good chance the HDMI driver IC is defective. This usually fails due to a short circuit or lightning strike. Unfortunately, we no longer replace this IC, but we do have the IC chip for sale.

Problem: Is your PS5 making a lot of noise, like a jet taking off? A professional internal cleaning using compressed air is the solution (replacing thermal paste is no longer necessary with the PS5 thanks to the use of liquid metal as a seal between the processor and heatsink). After cleaning, the PS5 can dissipate heat more effectively, reducing the risk of overheating, which can cause permanent damage to the motherboard.
Cleaning is necessary when the fan of your PS5 is making more noise than before, this is a sign that the PS5 cannot dissipate its heat properly.

Problem: Are the games no longer recognized from a disc? First, check that the games are clean and undamaged. If the problem isn't with the discs, then there's a good chance the laser is malfunctioning.

Problem: Sometimes there's a repair that isn't on the standard list, or repairing it can't be guaranteed, so always contact us first. Depending on the repair required, costs start at €50.
