No picture but white light (the LED then indicates that the PS4 has started up properly) this could be due to your HDMI port. Damage to the HDMI port can usually be seen from the outside.

If you have no image but white light and the HDMI port looks fine, then there is a good chance that the HDMI control IC is defective. This usually fails due to a short circuit or lightning strike. Unfortunately, we no longer replace this IC, but we do have the IC chip for sale.

Is your PS4 making a lot of noise, like a plane taking off? A professional internal cleaning using compressed air and replacing the thermal paste (gasket between processor and cooling block) is the solution. After cleaning, the PS4 can better dissipate its heat and you reduce the chance of a BLOD (Blue light of Death). A cleaning is necessary when the fan of your PS4 makes more noise than before, this is a sign that the PS4 cannot properly dissipate its heat:

Are the games no longer recognized? There is a good chance that the laser can no longer read properly.

Do you have an image but the PS4 does not start to the menu, this often has to do with the internal hard drive. Other symptoms are: glitches in the menu, freezing of the image but the console can be turned on and off normally, strange ticking sounds from the PS4 itself.
If we replace the HDD, we can also immediately increase the internal storage and even make it up to 5x faster with an SSHD replacement!

Does the controller not want to connect anymore? Or has the WIFI stopped working spontaneously? Both problems can be caused by the Bluetooth module. Unfortunately, we no longer replace this module, but we do have the BT module for sale.
